J Black Design is the business of veteran furniture designer John Black. This website needed to be clean and elegant, and to "get out of the way" to let John's beautiful design work shine through. We accomplished this by letting the entire home page become a portfolio of rotating images, with a thin black strip on the left for site navagation. We also launched a blog on the site so John could talk about his experiences in the design industry, and be a resource for those interested in learning more about furnitire design.

The Triad Jewish Film Festival is an annual film festival in the Greensboro/ Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina, featuring six films from around the world that explore the Jewish experience. Connect Marketing and Design designed the new look and feel for the website as well as the other marketing materials for the 2012 Festival.

The iPad Wine App was developed for Bin 33, a new restaurant in downtown Greensboro, NC. This interactive app runs on a iPad and displays over 200 wines by varietal and label, and includes tasting notes and the option to email the label to yourself. The app is written on a content management system, allowing restaurant staff to update inventory and pricing.
